Great progress continues at the YMCA & BayCare Wesley Chapel project, as our teams maintain strong momentum and stay on schedule. With utility installation on track to be completed this month, crews are transitioning into the next phase while keeping quality and efficiency at the forefront.
This milestone marks a significant step toward substantial completion, and our road crews are working diligently to ensure continued progress across the site.
Utilities Near Completion
Over the past several weeks, our team has made strong advancements in underground infrastructure, including:
- Water and sewer installation
- Storm drainage systems
- Utility connections and testing
- Final grading preparation for roadwork
With utilities nearing completion, the project is moving smoothly into the roadwork phase.
Road Crews Maintain Momentum
Our road crews are actively working across multiple areas of the site to maintain schedule and quality standards. Current activities include:
- Road base preparation
- Curb and gutter installation
- Fine grading and compaction
- Preparation for asphalt paving
This coordinated effort ensures the project continues progressing efficiently toward the next milestone.
