After 90 days of employment all Team Members will receive the following paid holidays.

After 90 days of employment, team members can earn up to two weeks of PTO at the end of the year.
After 60 Days Team Members will be eligible for our health insurance coverage plan. Burgess Civil Company pays 60+% of the offered health plan.
Additional benefits including disability, life insurance, dental, and vision are available with Team Member contributions.
Upon eligibility for 401(k) the company will match 100% of your contribution up to 6% of your salary.
Bonuses are disbursed to all eligible Team Members at Burgess Civil once specific criteria are fulfilled.
