Anclote Harbor Apartments Project Nears Completion

The Anclote Harbor Apartments project is entering its final stages as the Burgess Civil team works through the remaining site development activities. Following major progress in earthwork, utilities, and paving, crews are now focused on fine grading, sidewalk construction, striping, and punch-out work as the project moves closer to completion.

This latest milestone reflects the steady progress our team has made throughout the development and brings another Burgess Civil project closer to the finish line.

Final Grading and Drainage Work

Fine grading will be completed following the installation of the remaining yard drains. Coordinating these final drainage components with grading activities is an important part of preparing the site for completion and ensuring the finished areas meet project requirements.

With the major infrastructure work already behind us, attention has shifted toward completing the details throughout the property.

Sidewalk and Striping Work Underway

Crews are continuing sidewalk construction near Buildings 2 and 4, while final striping activities are underway around the clubhouse.

These finishing elements represent another important step toward delivering a completed site. As work progresses, our teams continue coordinating activities carefully to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency through the final stages.

Moving Into Project Punch-Out

The Anclote Harbor Apartments project is now primarily focused on punch-out work. Our team is reviewing remaining items across the site and completing the details necessary to move the project toward final turnover.

From the earlier earthwork and underground utility phases to paving and today’s finishing work, each stage has required coordination between our field teams, project management, and project partners.
