Last Friday, the Burgess Civil team participated in a dynamic in-house workshop led by Effinity Training, continuing our ongoing commitment to team development, communication, and culture-building.

This session marked the first time hosting Effinity in our new training room, a purpose-built space added to support learning, growth, and leadership development. Surrounded by our mission statement and core values displayed prominently on the wall, the environment set the tone for a powerful and productive session.
