YMCA & BayCare Wesley Chapel Project | Site Progress

The YMCA & BayCare Wesley Chapel project continues making strong progress as the Burgess Civil team moves closer to completing key site development activities. Underground utility work has now reached 95% completion, while asphalt work is approximately 70% complete.

These milestones represent continued progress across the site as our field teams work through the remaining activities and prepare for the next stages of construction.

Underground utilities are now 95% complete, marking an important milestone for this project.

As this portion of the project approaches completion, our crews remain focused on finishing the remaining utility work while coordinating with other ongoing activities across the site.

Underground infrastructure is a critical component of site development, and reaching this stage allows additional portions of the project to continue advancing toward completion.

Asphalt Work Reaches 70%

Progress is also visible throughout the project’s roadway and paved areas. Asphalt work is currently 70% complete, bringing the site another step closer to its finished condition.

With utility and asphalt activities both reaching significant milestones, the project continues moving forward as crews coordinate the remaining work.
