Building Pads Complete and Mass Excavation Nearing Completion

A major milestone has been achieved with the completion of the warehouse building pads, providing a solid foundation for future vertical construction activities. At the same time, mass excavation operations are wrapping up, allowing crews to transition seamlessly into underground utility work.

These accomplishments represent significant progress toward the overall development goals and set the stage for the next critical phase of infrastructure installation.

Utility Installation Begins

Our pipe crew is preparing to begin sanitary sewer installation, a key component of the site’s infrastructure network. To accelerate progress and maintain schedule objectives, an additional pipe crew will mobilize onsite in the coming week to begin storm system installation.

By advancing both scopes simultaneously, the project team can maximize efficiency while ensuring quality workmanship throughout the utility installation process.
