Persimmon Park Project Update: Nearing Final Completion

We’re proud to announce that the Persimmon Park project is entering its final stage. With the majority of work completed and just a few finishing touches remaining, we’re on schedule to wrap up by early October.

This milestone marks another successful development delivered by the Burgess Civil team—one that reflects our continued commitment to quality, collaboration, and on-time execution.

Final Details Underway

Over the past several months, our crews have completed major scopes of work, including:

• Earthwork and grading

• Full utility installation (water, sewer, storm)

• Curb, road base, and asphalt paving

• Sidewalks, signage, and final drainage infrastructure

We’re now focused on wrapping up minor punch-list items, site cleanup, and final inspections to ensure the site is ready for turnover.
