Temple Crest Project Progress Update

Progress is moving steadily at our Temple Crest development, and we're excited to share a new milestone: utility installation is nearly complete, and our crews are now shifting focus to roadwork as the next phase begins.

This marks a major step toward the finish line, and we remain on track for substantial completion by the end of September.

Utilities Nearing Completion

Over the past several weeks, our teams have made significant headway on underground utilities across the site, including:

• Water and sewer main lines

• Stormwater drainage systems

• Service laterals to all lots

Final inspections are being scheduled, and tie-ins to public infrastructure are proceeding as planned.

Roadwork Phase Begins

With the groundwork complete, road construction is now underway. Our crews are focused on:

• Grading and sub-base preparation

• Curb and gutter installation

• Base rock placement ahead of paving

This phase will create safe, durable access roads throughout the development, supporting future traffic flow and long-term infrastructure needs.

On Track for Late September Completion

Thanks to strong coordination and favorable weather, the Temple Crest project remains on schedule. Substantial completion is targeted for the end of September, with final paving, striping, and final inspections closing out the project shortly after.
