Burgess Civil do the sitework construction of utility construction and roadway construction surrounding the Crystal Lagoon in Wesley Chapel, FL

Burgess Civil crews performed site grading, storm drainage installation, water main distribution, sanitary sewer and roadway construction.  The project featured many moving parts and a very tight schedule.  The sitework contractor was flexible as some design aspects of the project changed during construction.  With the design changes, there was minimal change to the overall schedule and budget of the project.
