Our Big Cat Project is moving swiftly toward its next milestone. Here’s a snapshot of where things stand and what’s coming soon.

Current Progress

Earthwork — 99% Complete
Final grading and compaction are nearly finished, providing a stable platform for roads, utilities, and vertical construction.
Utility Installation — ≈ 50% Complete
Three dedicated crews are installing water, sewer, and storm-drain systems in parallel. Main trunk lines are in, and lateral connections are progressing block by block.

What’s Next?

May 1	Road Crews Mobilize (Phase 1)	Asphalt and base-course specialists arrive on site to begin sub-grade prep.
Mid–Late June	First Lift of Pavement	Target window to pave the entire site’s primary roadway network.
Summer 2025	Vertical Construction Kickoff	On-schedule start for building pads once utilities and roads are certified.

Key Goals for the Next 60 Days

Finish the final 1% of earthwork
• Final compaction tests and survey sign-off.
Push utilities past the 75% mark
• Maintain three active crews; add night shift if needed to stay ahead of schedule.
Prepare sub-grade for paving
• Moisture-density checks and proof-rolls ahead of the May 1 road-crew arrival.

Safety & Quality Commitments

Daily toolbox talks keep crews aligned on safety protocols.
Third-party testing verifies compaction, pipe bedding, and asphalt density.
Environmental controls remain active to minimize dust and storm-water runoff.
