Anclote Harbor Project Update

Progress continues at Anclote Harbor, and we’re excited to share the latest milestones. With earthwork now 99% complete and utility installation well underway, the site is quickly shaping up for the next phase of development.

Earthwork Nears Completion

Our crews have made major strides in grading, compaction, and site preparation, setting the foundation for long-term infrastructure and vertical construction. Final grading and touch-ups are ongoing as we prepare to transition fully into underground utility work.

Utility Installation in Full Swing

Three active pipe crews are now on site, installing essential underground infrastructure including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. These efforts are moving efficiently across designated work zones and are on pace to meet upcoming milestones.

  – Stormwater systems
  – Sanitary sewer installation

What’s Next: Offsite Work Begins Soon

We’re targeting mid to late June to kick off offsite construction, which will include roadway connections, tie-ins to municipal systems, and traffic control coordination. Our team is preparing all logistics now to ensure a seamless launch when the window opens.
