Anclote Harbor Project Update

Progress continues strong at the Anclote Harbor project, where we’ve officially reached 99.9% completion of the first lift of asphalt paving. With utilities now 99% complete, the site is quickly approaching major project milestones.

Current Focus: Offsite Work Underway

Our team is now focused on completing offsite work, including final utility tie-ins and roadway connections to municipal infrastructure. Crews are coordinating closely with local agencies to ensure smooth integration and compliance at every step.

Project Timeline: Targeting Q1 2026 Completion

Thanks to consistent momentum and outstanding work by our field teams, we remain on track to wrap up all remaining work in Q1 2026. Final phases will include:

• Offsite improvements

• Final lift of asphalt

• Striping, signage, and punch-list items

• Final inspections and turnover
